House prices continue to rise in Bromley Borough

The latest Land Registry data published yesterday shows prices are continuing to edge up in Bromley Borough with a .3% change on the previous month and 4.2% up annually.

There are significant regional variations. Overall London has averaged a 6.2% increase over the last year whilst the North East has seen a fall of 5.7%. Even within London there are major differences with Camden having seen an increase of 11.8% over the last year whilst Greenwich has been .7%

Certainly in Beckenham we have seen demand far outstripping supply and thus the natural laws of economics are leading to increasing prices and making it a very good time to sell a property here.
