The latest Land Registry data published yesterday shows prices are continuing to edge up in Bromley Borough with a .3% change on the previous month and 4.2% up annually.
There are significant regional variations. Overall London has averaged a 6.2% increase over the last year whilst the North East has seen a fall of 5.7%. Even within London there are major differences with Camden having seen an increase of 11.8% over the last year whilst Greenwich has been .7%
